Hermes Swarm

A private AI agent system operated for the personal use of its owner.

What it is

Hermes Swarm is a self-hosted collection of AI agents that automate the owner's personal workflows: organising documents, maintaining a private knowledge base, keeping track of schedules, and handling correspondence the owner asks it to handle.

The application is not a public product. There is no registration, no user accounts, and no service offered to third parties.

Google account access

The application connects to the owner's own Google Account, with the owner's explicit consent, and only to carry out operations the owner requests. Depending on the operation, that may involve:

• Google Drive files and folders
• Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Google Calendar events
• Google Contacts
• Gmail messages, only when the owner asks the agent to read, draft, or send mail

How data is handled

Google user data is used solely to execute the operations requested by the account owner. It is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. OAuth credentials and operational data are stored on infrastructure controlled by the owner.
